I wanted to inform anyone that might not be aware of my arrest for "DISORDERLY CONDUCT" on Tuesday, October 11th, 2005. You can read the discussion on the topic
IN FORUM THREAD HERE
I want to stress that this was a wrongful, unwarranted arrest, and I feel it is a DIRECT attack on the beliefs many of us share. This arrest was the result of a statement I made about gun rights by simply wearing my ICarry.org jacket and my EMPTY fannypack/carry-case/holster. You can read the article posted on
Concealed Carry, Inc. Article HEREI would like to first of all thank all of the countless people that are showing me tremendous support. It really encourages me to see freedom supporters from all over the state (and country!) show their support for me during this time. I would also like to thank guys like John Birch for helping to make this outrageous violation of rights known.
I believe my actions in no way warranted an arrest, and I stand by fully. If you haven't seen what has happened, please take a look. It is terrible that I must face criminal charges for what I did, but I am confident with all of the help in the community and by the simple fact that I did no wrong, we will prevail.
I can't thank you guys enough for your support; you help is so valuable and meaningful to me.
