lol i read something similar. sentence them to the gun range, and not let the leave until they can hit a bullseye from 45 ft. that way they can kill eachother off quicker.
BUT the bad thing is that more and more teens think its "kewl" to be in a gang, so there will always be "gang-bangers".
in chicago they arrested alot of the top members last year, but now they have tons of smaller branches of the same gangns that have broken off all fighting for top dog power with people shooting eachother within each branch to become the leader.
Theyve almost dug them selves a deeper hole by arresting the bad guys it seems... just search anyone with pants around their ankels and haul them in for now on. problem solved.
screw the right to dress how you want, its indecent exposure and should be a punishable crime, and gives them the right to search them and get em off the streets. |

I knew this had to be good when I saw the name of the topic. Two days ago a 17 year old boy in Texas was hit and killed by a ricocheting bullet after he fired a gun at a gas tank. I'm proud of my Southern heritage but I have ABSOLUTELY NO AFFILIATION with Texas or Florida..., where a lot of goofy stuff has been happening lately. |
