Anyone else waiting for magpul to start selling anything that was new for 2010? My ar has been sitting almost stock since feb because I'm waiting for them. No need to call it your 2010 line up if your not gonna sell it until 2011(maybe 2012, don't hold your breath). |

Im considering their free float quad, but that's about it from them. At the same time there's been no need for it since I'm waiting on magpul to release their gen ii bus and sling attachment, not to mention waiting on the sling itself. |

The problem with UTG is they are pretty crude and poorly designed compared to the quality brands like MagPul, LaRue, Daniel Defense, Troy, Vltor, Noveske, etc. Before dropping all the way down to Chinese made parts I'd be looking at Yankee Hill Machine, CAA and others as they make some pretty decent parts at more modest prices.
That said, I'm not overly sold on MagPul, they are very innovative and they really do make some great stuff, but their polymer BUIS are marginal, while some of their buttstocks are so innovative that they are amazingly good. |

I have quite a few UTG parts, and I love them. $10 for a picatinny mount for my flashlight on my Mossberg 500. I have their AR-15 quad rail and it's solid.
I don't know, maybe they've gotten better lately. |
