how has the law been worded?
I was in almost Wisconsin this weekend. spitting distance from the border.
and If I had the time I was thinking about going for a nice walk in a nature preserve or state park or something similar.
turned out I didn't have the time and I am still not sure if that is legal, because I remember previously a firearm had to be in a case and visible, such as a see through case to have it legal in a state park.
SUMMARY: is it legal to CCW in a wisconsin state park and if so what are the general guidelines? |
