Thinking about trying my hand at a rifle build.
Leaning towards a del ton kit....Spikes lower.
I realize, if I can find a pre ban lower receiver, I don't have to worry about these rules (I think..lol)
I'm trying to clear the muddy water on the AWB of 94 or whenever it was.
16" barrels need to have flash hider pinned and welded? Or is that if it's under 16" barrel length?
I live in Crook county, can I even legally own one of these?
Any clarification on my questions, or extra info is greatly appreciated gents..
P.S.
I will shortly be in the market for a rifle, if you, or know anyone who is looking to sell. |

The AWB was lifted, there is no need to worry about any of that stuff anymore.
Buy anything you want and slap it together. There aren't any more of those goofy AWB laws.
Any rifle barrel under 16" is illegal.
As far as cook county goes i am pretty sure you can own it. It is within Chicago that you can't.
Check with DEZ arms they have awesome barrels at reasonable prices. They are a fantastic company to do business with. |
