I have an old safe. It's the make/model in this picture, not this exact safe, mind you. The link is representative. (Edit-My safe does not have the interior rust that this on has. I can send pics to anyone interested.)

I am looking to sell and I'll take a good bit less than the price they are asking for theirs. I figure the condition is about the same. Combo can be changed with a tool as I understand it. No matter. I don't plan to know where it goes.
The door seals well and the lock works perfectly.
I would like a tall narrow safe that fits in a closet. I need to store stuff, but this dude is just too bulky for my small home. Otherwise, I would like to sell it outright. Price/trade items are open to offers.
Thanks,
DM

Do you have any dimensions?
Location?
Make of lock?
thickness of walls?
Rough weight?

It's by Shaw and Walker and has a 1 hour fire rating. It's a combination dial and the bars that go into the door frame. This thing must weigh two hundred pounds. It's too short for a rifle. I would like to trade it for a tall safe that I can fit in a small closet. The safe I am looking for would need to be about the size of an 8 rifle safe or so, for reference. I will be using it for business paperwork, so fireproof is a plus.

My safe is 27 in deep, 25 in wide 40 in tall. The walls are about 2.5 inches thick.
I don't see any specification on the lock or branding. If you pm me a number, I'll text you pics.

It's at my business being used as a cabinet. I need a fire proof safe at home. The link in my previous post is asking for $575 for the same model in not as good shape but I'll take less. Also, I am not interested in a cabinet. This is a true safe and I can only trade it for a true safe. I just need a safe that can sit out of sight.
Thanks, DM
P.S.
I have done some research and have learned that the combination requires a special tool to change it. I don't intend to know where it goes. I will meet in a neutral location not the end user's home.
P.P.S. I have moved it between locations. It is on wheels and can be moved by a couple of guys, but it is a heavy muther. I would remove the wheels in a final location. Then it won't be going anywhere.

Also, the door is very secure. The hinges, lock and dial work smoothly.
