So in my conclusion of reading this outrageous law that large bore destructive devices are not prohibited and the same with AOW, cause the law clearly states what's not legal so every thing else is presumably legal

Street sweepers and USAS-12's are ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL in the state of Illinois. They are also now a Class-3 firearm and HAD to be registered prior to some date (when I don't remember) or they are just plain illegal to own.
I know I had a USAS-12 and sold it quickly because of this.

If you search the street sweeper and the USAS-12 are SPECIFICALLY identified by name somewhere as class-3 firearms. I'm absolutely positive on this.

There was an amnesty period to register them to the NFA so if you where to buy one that is transferable then it is legal with the approval
And tax stamp from the ATF but Illinois UUw law doesn't say any thing about large bore Dd and they are classified as large bore dd but are not illegal to own them in but maybe in IL but I'm Doing more research on it I'm gonna talk to a class 3 ffl but if you show me a specific law that outlaws street sweeper or usas cause there not illegal in the us Aslong as it was transferred to the NFA registiry during the amnesty period

The Striker is difficult to procure in the United States of America as it has been labeled as a destructive device under the National Firearms Act with no sporting purpose by the U.S. Justice Department's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).[1]

Not illegal in the US, illegal in ILLINOIS.
IL law says you can't have a class-3 as specified by federal law, you can't have a class-3 firearm in IL thus illegal.

I checked and was told there's absolutely no way you can own this in IL. I'm not risking my collection, my right to own a firearm, or willing to spend a bunch a money to fight for a goofy shotgun with no purpose other then it's cool. If I wanted a sawed off shotgun, I just buy a defender.

But you have my best wishes for the fight.

I would just rather spend my effort and money on getting concealed carry vs the right to own a machine gun or silencer, besides even more of the general public will just put you on the wack job list. I would say baby steps but it's a huge leap for IL.

Yes I get what your saying but mist people are ill informed on the subjectand just think there illegal every where but I already live in a state with a ccw law but being a resident of Illinois aswell and it being my home I would like to see the good people from
Illinois carry LOADED firearms. But I would like my nFA items not just AOW to be legal and I denfinetly far from a wack job I like
Them firearms just cause there awesome and fun to shoot but I can carry around a rocket launcher and an m4 and fight the taliban but I can't even have my second amendment in my home state or shall I say a limited second amendment what freedoms did I fight for if we can even carry in Illinois
