thanks for all the input. im going to elburn tomorrow, so i will try out my buddies shot guns. from looking around i think i want a semi auto one.

the 870, i like the price and all but the button u press to slide it, its akward and it dosent seem easy to do. the mossbergs 930 is easier.

i think i will decide after tomorrow.

tony the button for the action is very easy to hit with some muscle memory, when you fire a round you do not need to hit that button to rack the action. Keep that in mind when you start looking

Its a very nice setup but you have to get there early on the nice days. You might wait in line for a bit but its well worth it!

the 870 it is. i just shot it and ya i like it. plus its cheap. i thought you needed to press that button when sliding it.

The Mossberg 500 series is a tough as nails weapon. There is a reason we carried them in the Corps.
