At one time a few years back, I got a Glock knife when I purchased a handgun from them. I t was a nice knife with a polymer handle, no sheath, but it was nice. Not being too much into knives, I gave it to a friend of mine that IS into knives. He thought it was one of the better ones he has seen. You might want to check out the Smokey Mountain Knife works in Sevierville, TN. They have about the largest selection, under one roof, that I have ever see! http://www.smkw.com/webapp/eCommerce/main_front.jsp?siteFlag=eknifeworks |

Just make sure if your looking for a polymer knife your not thinking your going to CUT something with it, you can't get a good edge on a polymer knife they are a stabbing tool. Been a while but I don't think that has changed. I like ceramic knives that are a bit fragile but WOW they are unbelievably sharp. |

Georgia Atlanta aquarium has a very "entertaining" show of security and there are other places I go that I'm not sure of the metal detectors. I don't want to mess with metal detectors. apparently hands fingers feet elbows and teeth are not considered weapons to these people.
I can see the millions in dollars in damage a stray bullet can do in an aquarium but the rent a cop security guards there will confiscate your food and drink apparently those are weapons too.
I'm in a moral deli-ma I am a strong advocate of never giving anybody money who infringes my rights, but this is also the best aquarium in the united states.
my stance is normally respect my rights or go to hell and go bankrupt. I am trying to make a decission and it is filled with turbid waters. If I decide to go I think I will have to pay the $30.00 in quarters |

I've never bought a polymer one so I don't know the cost but someone gave me a plastic one (I think it's just plastic and not polymer) and heck I think it would get the job done.
Crazy off subject but the one in La Jolla is pretty darn cool too! |
