Unless they are antique's, for example 22rf cane guns made before 1899 are still legal as are "pen guns" that have to bend to fire.

| So from my research Short barrel rifle are legal in Illinois now since august of 2011 or so. You can possess a rifle with a barrel less then 16 inches but has to have an over all length of 26 inches. ... |
